Hndi naman momsh kasi first trimester ka pa lang and nsa average weight ka naman po. Just eat healthy foods more on fish, veggies and fruits

Bumaba din po weight ko before nung 2mos palang. Pero need daw po maggain. Sasabihin naman po ng OB yun kung ilan.
