Eat food/fruits rich in fiber and drink lots of water para iwas ire/constipation. Though ako nagkaganyan din since constipation is normal sa mga ganyang week ng pregnancy. As long as nakakapoop ka daily and di naman sobra sobra ire mo, you should be fine.
