check mother nurture, its a coffee for bf moms. when i give birth in 2017 our pedia prohobited me to drink coffee. i only started drinking coffee when ny daughter was about 1.5 yo.

as per pedia baka di makatulog si baby dahil sa caffeine. i think it helped din na di ako nagkape agad. di ako nahirapan sa pagpapatulog sa daughter ko.
