10 weeks pregnant and having UTI / difficulty urinating

My OB just told me to avoid salty foods and keep drinking water and I am obediently doing that. But any more advice from you will be great help. 🙏 Salamat po. #advicepls #uti #pregnancy

Hi mamshie🙂me nung hindi pa ako preggy prone ako sa UTI as in kaya ngaun preggy ako triple ingat talaga ako and thank God effective sya. I want to share lang din po baka maka help sau.🙂 More water intake YAKULT once a day (big help din sya sa constipation and discharges) Fresh buko juice Cranberry juice (if possible minsan kasi mahirap makahanap) Avoid salty food 2-3x a day na change ng undies Panatilihin pong tuyo ung vagina natin and proper hygiene. And also very important. Pag kukuha po kayo ng urine at ipapasa sa laboratory need po MIDSTREAM ung collect MARAMI kaming patient ganyan kaya pabalik balik uti and minsan kahit nag antibiotic na mas tumataas pa ung infection dahil sa mali ang pag collect ng specimen. GITNANG ihi po ang i co-collect para accurate.kaya sa mga patient namin yan ang kasama sa sinasabi namin bago mag wiwi Kasi sad to say ung ibang facility di nila na iinform mga patient ng ganyan kaya madalas hindi proper talaga ung pag collect. 😔

-Drink at least 3 liters of water per day -Buko juice -Avoid salty food especially chichiria at instant noodles or pancit canton/lessen salt sa nilulutong ulam -Use cloth/small towel instead of tissue for wiping after umihi -Wash using Lactacyd especially after dumumi. Been a lactacyd user since in my early twenties nung 1st time kong magka UTI -Change undies ex. morning ligo then afternoon ligo

hi mommy, advice po ng ob ko sakin dati sa 1st pregnancy ko dahil lagi din ako may UTI. avoid using tissue, better to use lampin or clean soft cloth. avoid using feminine wash or matapang na soap, mas ok po na water lang or baby soap ang gamitin. cranberry and buko juice. sana makatulong sayo. 😊

Fresh buko juice every morning ung wala pang laman ang tiyan.. and more water intake lang po. .. dpat maka 10-12 glass water ka a day. mas maganda kung higit ka.

nakaka 2 liters po ako ng water mga 3 days na. try ko yung buko 1st thing aa umaga. thanks po.

drink Yakult it helps para mag Ka roon Ka Ng good bacteria kahit sa mga home remedies probiotics is malaking tulong 🙂

More water intake lang po and pure buko juice sis..

Everyday coconut water. Tapos mas madaming tubig.
