my baby is 7 weeks but still no cardiac activity is that normal?

My ob said no problem is detected but we have to monitor the cardiac activity by next week

Ganyan din ako nun sis. Wag ka ma stress at pray lang. sabayan mo po kumain ng fruits and veggies dapat healthy ka po para healthy din si baby wag ka din po mag puyat. Goodluck 😊
