Is it safe to take Caltrate Plus as calcium supplement for pregnant?

My OB prescribed Xynetin as one of my prenatal vitamins. Before ECQ, I bought Xynetin which is good only for a month. Since ECQ is extended, I cannot visit my OB clinic to buy Xynetin and the only calcium vitamin available in the pharmacy near our place is Caltrate Plus. Is it okay to take Caltrate Plus as substitute of Xynetin?

Caltrate plus nireseta sa akin ng OB ko when I was pregnant. Until now na 5months na si LO nag cacaltrate plus pa rin ako kasi pansin ko mas dumadami breastmilk ko kasabay ng malunggay capsule
