Help!

Not baby related pero I got all these bites last night. Pag gising ko kaninang morning meron na kong 2, and tonight may bagong 3 na naman. Feeling ko sa bed pero kakapalit ko lang bedsheets last week. And now lang ako nagkaron ng ganito. I didn’t go out the whole day today so malamang dito lang to sa bahay pero most of the time I’m in bed. Bed bugs ba to? What should I put on these bites? Ayoko magkascar. Papalit ako ng bedsheets tomorrow. Advice please. Thank you! FYI mukhang mga maliit na whiteheads/pimples yung bites and hindi sya masakit or makati. Wala din akong allergies whatsoever. Nothing new sa daily routine ko and this is the first time I got these. ++ My boyfriend sleeps on the same bed beside me pero wala siya nito.
