12 months old baby

It is normal that while u are cleaning up thier poo they kena on the bed and they keep moving nonstop n end up while u cleaning thier hand go reach thier butt n touch till the poo n they eat till abit ? What will happen ????

Why not just wash in the toilet? It’s way faster and also cleaner. 12mo I guess he/she should be able to stand with support~~
