monitor your bp po for at least 7 days, if 2 to 3 consecutive days n po gnyan bp mo much better pcheck k n po sa ob mo for meds.. less salty and carbs n foods.. more on fruits, veges and water ka po.. also, check your blood sugar pwde din po tumataas kya tumataas din ang bp mo..but always have it check by your ob po pra mas sure ka.. mdadaan p po yan sa diet and simple exercise like walking if hndi po sunod sunod na araw tumataas ang bp mo.. pwde din po check mo din ung digital bp mo baka po di na din accurate kung battery operated sya.. 😊❤ safe pregnancy momsh
