Yes, it is normal. Nasa first trimester ka pa lang so basically yan ang ma feel mu.Yan then ang na feel ko nung first 3 months na pagbubuntis ko.Pero mawawala then yan after you reach 4 months and up. The best thing you can do is rest and visit the hospital or saan ka manganganak. Dapat ka nang pagpa check up and enroll yourself to a package sa hospital man or paanakan which credited by philhealth or kung saan mu gusto manganak. It is very important do it right now para ma check ka nang doctor at ang baby. To check if the baby is okay, okay ang heartbeat at you need to take vitamins na e.resita sa doctor. Napaka importante na mag take ka ngayon sa first trimester ng pregnancy mu ng vitamins kasi dyan na stage nagde.develop ang baby and para then sa iyung health. And eat healthy foods. Avoid softdrinks and junk food.
