Yes! It’s normal! My son doing so many acrobatic moves while having milk and the same with your baby girl, he loves to play with my other nipple while having milk. Now that he is 32 months old, I am telling him to stay still because he is already heavy and not to play anymore with my other nipple because sometimes he pressed too much and it’s painful.
