lower back pain

Is it normal to have lower back pain? Im 7 weeks pregnant. May iniinom naman ako na pampakapit. Nag pa urinalysis n din ako negative naman sya. Sa Aug 17 pa kasi next check up ko.

Yes. I experienced occasional lower back pains while I was pregnant. Probably because our body is expanding and a lot of changes are happening in our body (hormones and all). But if this worry you a lot, I suggest you talk to your OB para may peace of mind ka din ❤️
