don't let the hormones takes over you. just eat well and rest well and be positive. I didn't say these because I have people helping me. I didnt get any helping hands when comes to handling my newborn baby. I'm a mom of 5 coming 6. I did every else by myself other than My hubby helping with the elder one. I don't stress although I don't get much slp. I exclusively breastfeeding too. I love the newborn stage. it's my favourite part and I wanna enjoy every little moment of it. be positive. if you need help, ask for one else you're gonna breakdown emotionally and physically. Good luck!

yes normal. I experienced it too. hormones are just all over the place and everything is new. physically you're tired and recovering, its emotionally and mentally challenging too. I eventually seek professional help and felt better. my first 4 months are just me being angry and frustrated all the time.

yes very normal. My doc say it's most prob post partum depression plus we need to get use to a new schedule and worry more then before. another thing would be hormones and pain during recovery of c sect for my case.

Very normal, especially when you don’t have enough sleep. It will get better and ask for any help if you need to. Arrange for girls night out and shopping therapy if it helps. 😊

Yes it is. I experienced the same feeling as well especially the first few weeks. It will get better as time goes by!
