Fever and Diarrhea after Immunization vaccine?

Is it normal for the baby to have fever and diarrhea after the first shot of immunization vaccine? thanks in advance

Fever is a common side effect. Pero not sure with diarrhea, mommy. Best na itanong sa expert para mabigyan ng gamot si baby kung kailangan.
