Fever and Diarrhea after Immunization vaccine?

Is it normal for the baby to have fever and diarrhea after the first shot of immunization vaccine? thanks in advance

Yes it's normal to have a fever after immunization, let your baby have paracetamol drops and always monitor the temperature.
