Fever and Diarrhea after Immunization vaccine?

Is it normal for the baby to have fever and diarrhea after the first shot of immunization vaccine? thanks in advance

You can verify also with your pedia ma. Pero usually lagnat lang ang nagiging effect ng vaccine sa baby.
