Is it normal for baby 3.5 mo to have 2-3 hours nap in one go ? She will have short naps around 45 mins around 2 times before going for long nap that can be up to 2-3 hours.... She normally sleep around 9-10pm at night even after long nap. TIA
Yes, it is. Her sleep will gradually mature where she begins to go through the different sleep stages that form the sleep cycle (approximately 120mins per cycle). This will take place when she is around 4 months old. During this period, you can consider starting sleep training and to establish bedtime routine to help baby sleep better.Read more
It's very normal ! Newborns need to sleep atleast 18 hours a day. It's good she takes long peaceful naps.
- My LO is 4 months old and often fuss around before she naps. I am thinking of nap training her as she is already sleep-trained for 2 months and can sleep through the night for at least 10 to 12 hours. She will be entering ifc once CB had ended. I will like to nap train her personally before sending her in. Any methods to nap train?
- Hi mummies, I'm currently struggling with my 7mo lo morning nap. She will never nap longer than 15 mins. I have tried to sleep beside her, yet she still not able to nap longer. She can nap for 2 hours during her noon nap and 30 mins cat nap during evening nap. She will wake up 2- 3 times during midnight. Is her routine healthy enough as I know at her age should have stretch nap for an hour at least for morning nap. thanks!

My son is 3 yo and he usually sleeps around 9pm, we read books before sleep and he will wake up around 7.30am. Nap time about 2 hours.
