Cat napping??!!?!?!!

Is it normal for 2mo to be cat napping? Wont baby be too tired coz of all these cat nap? Her nap like 30-45 mins max is one hour then wake up cry, have to help to settle her else she wont go back sleep on her own. How to help her?

its part of the growth spurt of the baby from time to time the baby changes their pattern according to the developmental milestone for your case you’re baby is still in transition to stabilize his/her sleeping pattern nothing much to be concern unless baby become more fussy and not able to feed well..u can only do is to support if he/she’s hungry feed accordingly and change nappy give the comfort that they need..hope that it helps u happy parenting😊
