If you bought the type suitable for 0+ months, then yes, straight away:) but I strongly recommend having one parent sit beside baby at all times. Because the neck is still floppy, so if it flops forward during the drive (esp if baby falls asleep), it can potentially cause suffocation. As long as baby’s supervised, the car seat is excellent for safety:) also avoid long drives initially:)
