Mixed Feeding. Is it possible na maging inconsistent ang menstruation ko while mix feeding kay baby?

Nireregla na po starting nung October 2023 until December 2023. Kaso this January di ako dinatnan. I am supposed to have my mens last week. Kinabahan ako so i took a PT twice. All came back Negative. Possible po bang maging inconsistent yung regla pag mixed feeding? Halimbawa meron last month, pero this month wala, then next month meron ulit. Possible po kaya yon?
