Night time contact lenses (Ortho-k), have been proven to slow down the progression of myopia in growing children, but I hear that there is very little research to back this. Do you have any research we can read up to learn more about Ortho k?

Yeah I've read that Ortho K lenses are like braces for the eyes, improving eye sight quality. Like braces for the teeth, they are lenses that push and mould your cornea as you sleep. Here is a centre in Singapore who does this procedure. http://tituseyecare.com/services/orthokeratology/
