Unless there is no choice, if either one is away, I believe taking turns is only fair. It doesn’t have to be split 50-50 but as Long as both is willing to put in the effort

We need to take turns as 1 person cannot handle especially when we need to work the next day

If both have work the next day, yes for sure. If not there can be some compromise discussed

Yes but there are still things that the dad can not help with unfortunately

No, its only me as i am a sahm and because LO is breastfed.

It’s too exhausting for both of us to stay awake the whole night

working together as a team in very impt, so we take turns
