My newborn has rashes and a huge acne on the head filled with pus. PD told me that it's heat rash due to the confinement food that I'm taking and was passed on to my baby through breastmilk. He mentioned briefly that I feed my newborn with formula milk for the time being. In addition, because my newborn gets hiccup often, he also suggested that I feed my newborn with some water. Are the advices sound?
