Expressed breasts milk

Hi new mom here. I started expressing my breast milk as a preparation since I'll be returning to work soon. However i just noticed yesterday that some of my liquid gold was not frozen ? Sabi ng in-laws ko ung freezer daw hindi na nakakatigas so ang tendency malamig lang ung milk hindi sya tumigas na parang ice candy or ice. Ung ibang gatas parang humiwalay na ung color, lumulutang na ung mas darker na white tas ung parang tubig ung nasa ilalim. My question is pwede pa kaya un? Or panis na ung ganung milk? Andami dami ko na kaseng milk stash. ?? Thanks in advance!
