Paranoma or Oscar

Hi All, need your advice on this. Im 30 this yr and is expecting my no. 2. Doc has given me 2 options to choose: paranoma or oscar. Reason why I'm asking is, when I was expecting my no. 1, I did oscar and it showed high risk. We were worried and frightened, in the end, we did another round of test - Amniocentesis (taking amniotic fluid) result came out to be normal (we paid a lot more) and now, my son is turning 4. So, as much as I want to save on the cost and go with Oscar, I'm not sure if I can trust it again. What are you thoughts?
