Recommendations for postnatal waist trainer/girdle/binder aft c sect

Hi hi! Need some recommendations for high waisted shapewear / girdle / waist trainers / binder / corset or whatever it's called ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚ one that is suitable for c sect mommies. ๐Ÿ˜… I'm 3 weeks postpartum and thought of getting one to wear since I'm done with postnatal massage. Also , any ideas how long will it take to get rid of the c sect pouch belly? ๐Ÿ˜… I know we can't do any workouts till were cleared for it but I wanna prepare myself for the upcoming months ๐Ÿ˜‚ wanna go back to pre pregnancy weight and be more active this time round. Share some tips / diets that helped you!

You can try 3 pcs binder that support posture and your c section area. Subsequently, you can change to waist lab trainer or any waist trainer with hook. You can also put hot cream before using girdle/binder/waist trainer. When things get better then you can do light tummy exercise.
