Binder for C-sect?

i also curious to know.. last time i csect liao nv binder 1st day bed ridden, 2nd day force myself walk ard already.. heard from my gf say wear binder can help ease the pain a little

You can get a 3 pcs binder but upon wearing avoid the stitches area.
