Haakaa

Need some advice here as I'm not sure if I'm using the haakaa correctly. My LO latches on one side and I'll use the haakaa on the other side concurrently to collect the letdown. However, I'm only able to collect about 15ml each time. Is this normal? I'm about 25 days PP now.
