Baka konti nalang po napproduce mo. Try to take lactation supplements like yung malunggay supplements. Drink lots of water. Kain din ng food na may malunggay. You can also try Mother Nurture's Choco or Coffee mix. It's specially made for lactating moms as it can boost your milk supply. :)
No, as per the lactation counselor sabi sakin. Kung anong amount na need ni baby every minute or hours yun ang na proproduce naten.
