Pwede bang huminto sa paggamit ng pills?

My last period is march 15.2020... I start contraceptive pills aprill 4 which 11days bfore my period start on april... Now im 12days delayed but april 23 when i wke up i tot magkaka period ako... I just saw a spot and today to. My stomach cramps din ako mnsan. Posible ba na. Mbuntis ako?
