Hilot

I was skeptic at first din sis sa hilot. I was only 22 weeks pregnant nung nagbbleeding ako ng ilang days. Ultrasound result showed na mababa ung placenta and may cause miscarriage or baka ma emergency cs ako at 7 months kung hindi sya umakyat. Walang magawa or maadvice si ob kundi puro pampakapit lng. My couz had the same concern when she was preggy and nagpahilot daw sya. So i tried baka sakali. During the hilot I really felt na parang binuhat nung manghihilot ung inunan ko pataas ng tummy ko. I know it sounds crazy but it helped a lot. 27 weeks na ko ngayon and since the hilot di na ko nagbleed and i feel much better now. Maybe depende sa case and like what the other moms said, best lumapit sa mga experts. 😁 (BTW, ung naghilot sakin was somehow inline sya sa medicine in profession and was even a volunteer worker before.)
