AM I PREGNANT OR NOT?

Nanganak po ako via ecs last March 2021, after nun bumalik yung period ko after 11 months ni baby (breast feeding mom here) nagkaron ako netong feb 2022, then march, and last week of april. Last week of May po dapat ang period ko or 1st week nang June. Pero until now wala pa. And base po sa period tracker ko 12 days delayed po ako. Nag pt po ako today, negative results. Is it too early po ba mag pt or talagang not pregnant?
