Bawas po tlaga sa carbs kasi at that age mabilis na lumaki si baby sa tyan. Iwas na dn po tlaga sa mga matatamis at maaalat. More on fruits, veggies at fish. Pwede din meat pero dapat well cooked.
Less carbs intake mommy and avoid as much as possible ang mga sweets as well as sugary drinks. :)
