Hi mommy! It’s okay and normal to be emotional lalo na’t pregnant. Don’t be too hard on yourself. Layo ka muna sa mga bagay na magpapa trigger ng lungkot, and mas piliin mo yung mga magpapahappy sa iyo. Don’t engage to conversation na magpapa trigger for you to feel a strong emotion, like arguments with partner or relatives. Again, be kind to yourself mommy. I also write a journal of how I feel, pwede mong i try para mabawasan yung bigat ng emotion. Hugs!
