May nakaexperience na po ba sa inyo na magkaron ng heartburn? Grabe kc ung heartburn ko kagabi, hanggang sa lalamunan tlg, ang init init. Pano kaya ito maiwasan or kung di man, ano po ang effective remedy pra mawala un? 4 mos preggy po ako. TIA
