Hi nak tanya, siapa ada pengalaman check bp sendiri? tadi pergi kk doktor cakap kena start monitor bp sebab test urine ada protien.. waktu bila yang sesuai untuk check bp ni ye? doktor kata kena check 2 hari sekali tapi takde mention pukul berapa or bila.. #pleasehelp #firstmom #seriusnanya #ingintahu

Sy bt sendiri sb berat terlebih naik.. bt sekali sehari je sampai lah next check up.. tp next check up dh xcheck bp sndri.. Kalau bt 2 kali sehari bt pagi and mlm.
