Check baby

Hi,just nak some opinion,i just check with pregnancy test and its show positive.and bila dah masuk semua details pregnant dah around 5weeks ,perlu ke buat test/scan dekat klinik?ada orang inform yang pregnancy test cannot tryst takut ada masalah rahim and its show positive.ayoo.some people ask to do some test dekat klinik but bila i call klinik ,they ask tunggu dalam 10 weeks baru datang check.any advice please.
