My 3mo keeps scratching his face

His nails are all cut to the shortest but he digs his nails in his head and face all the time. I’ve got a feeling his face is itchy. Any one experienced this before? He doesn’t cry or anything but I keep seeing new scratches like this appear. Any remedies? Should I see a PD or a baby skin doctor?

mine too, every morning wake up will see new scratches or bleeding broken skin.

It's normal..just keep apply moisturizer or baby lotion will do (:

Do let him wear mittens & use baby lotion on his face

Cut and file nails regularly and put on mittens.

Wear mittens to avoid. I apply aloe vera gel.

Use nail scissors and nail file after trim.
