No heartbeat at 7 weeks

Nagpatransv ako today im on my 7th week with my twins. First time mom with myoma, heavy weight din ako and a smoker pero i stopped all my vices when i learned na im pregnant with twins. Followed all instructions and vits,duphaston 3x a day.Sobrang worried ko kasi ung ob na nagtransv (not my ob) said na hindi daw maganda tong pinagbubuntis ko kasi walang heartbeat din. Sobrang iyak ako ng iyak... ngayon waiting ako sa update ng OB ko tlga for online consulatation . Anyone who expereinced this? Advise pls... #firstbaby #1stimemom #pregnancy #advicepls
