Sis need mo cguro pa consult din sa specialist fo diabetes para ma monitor un sugar mo..un e kung advise ng ob mo. Kasi kung hindi naman, gawin nyo po tlaga is food intake monitoring.. lahat po in moderation and more fiber and water po.. konti lang tlga dapat sa rice and any carbs like bread. Control lang tlga then monitor po. Kaya yan mamsh. Goodluck.
