hello

My baby is 2 year and 3 month old he is not passing stool properly he holds he his poop and sometimes it feels like he is applying pressure but yet do little amount of it what to do.the stool is not solid and hard but too much smelly what to do?

Try to give him more fruits to eat? Maybe it helps
