My son is a very fussy eater. I'm thinking of putting him in a day care centre but am worried no one there will be able to give him the attention and time for his meals or be able to prepare a variety of dishes like we do at home. Any experience mummies?

This happened to my friend's toddler. She refused to eat the food provided by the daycare at first. She had problems adjusting at first so we all reckoned that her disdain for the daycare food stemmed from that. However, as the days went by, she started to take nibbles of her food. As she gets more comfortable and makes more friends, her appetite changed dramatically. She now eats everything given to her and even has a designated spot where she sits and eats with her "clique" of toddler friends! We find it adorable and think of it as a "monkey-see-monkey-do" situation. She's pretty much Queen Bee in her daycare now haha!
