If the swell gets bigger, please refer to paed to check whether it could be eye infections. Several different viruses, or bacteria, may cause them. If your pediatrician feels the problem is caused by bacteria, antibiotic eye drops are the usual treatment. Hope the swollen will be reduce by its own later.
Can't really see which part is swollen from the picture. Could it be a blocked tear duct? Or an allergy to pollen or dander? Best to go to the doctor for an affirmative answer. In the meantime, you can place a damp, cool washcloth on your baby's closed eyes to help reduce swelling.
