My little one is 7 weeks old. currently on breast milk and formula milk (only at night) and she poos like once every 3-4 days. However, she farts quite alot. I have tried giving her gripe water and massage but that didn't help. Any remedy?

If your baby appears to be fine and does not show any signs of illness, you do not have to bother too much about the frequency. My baby is entirely breastfed and she has gone without pooping for 4 days. Sometimes, she poops more than once a day. It's irregular.
