C: Resale Cos we had been dating for many years and didn't want to wait 4 years for BTO. Didn't win the Sale of Balance lottery despite many tries ($10 each time, urgh) cos we were always gunning for the super popular city fringe ones. Still a little sad that we won't be able to reap the monetary gains from BTO and SBF like our many other peers 😔
