My baby girl who is now almost 11 months has been grabbing her private parts regularly these last 2 weeks. Is this normal?

Very normal behaviour. Starts around 8 months. I reckon it's a discovery thing where they discover their eyes, nose, ears, belly button, toes, fingers and genitals.
