To all Muslim friends, do kindly note that while the light teal coloured is cheaper, it is not halal. I’ve just enquired with Nestle as the price difference is half of the darker tin ones. This is their reply: Thank you for contacting Nestle Baby Club. Nestle Singapore does not distribute NAN OPTIPRO series or any other formulas from the Australia market. While the name may sound similar, the formulation is totally different. OPTIPRO formulation from Australia is a non-halal recipe that does not contain 2'-FL, 5-MO complex, DHA & ARA. I would like to take this opportunity to share with you that in Nestle Singapore, we carry NAN OPTIPRO and NAN SUPREMEPRO H.A formulation as our premium range of milk formula. The recipe is Halal certified, sucrose-free, and imported by Nestle Singapore directly from the plant with quality checks and controlled/monitored logistics chain. NAN OPTIPRO series in Singapore is our advanced formulation with 2'-FL and Immunity Guardians for Immunity Support and Optimized growth.
