Museums appropriate for toddlers in Makati area?

Technically it's in Taguig, but I love the Mind Museum! They have interactive and traveling exhibits. Of course your toddler wouldn't get the scientific principles of the installations yet, but he or she will have fun playing with them and seeing cool effects.
