I tried lactation cookies po and para sakin it increased my milk supply because I was so positive that time as I was thinking that those cookies were really meant to increase milk supply. My point po is, I feel like I am increasing milk supply whenever I'm in a good mood, not stressed and when I think I'm happy. Siguro may tulong rin yung ingredients ng cookies but really, being happy and positive increases milk. 😊
