Preggy and still breastfeeding

Hi mumshies! I'm currently pregnant and at d same time, im still breastfeeding my 1 year and 6 months old baby. Any advice on how to switch my 1st born child to toddler's formulA? And how can i let him sleep without breastfeeding since this is his way to fall asleep. Thanks!
